Here's how to cancel your Hey Monika subscription.
- Log in to Hey Monika at heymonika.app.
- Click the settings cog in the left-hand menu.
- Choose Billing. You'll see your plan, your renewal date and your invoice history.
- You'll see three headings: Plan, Invoices, Cancel Plan.
- Under Cancel Plan, click Cancel, then Proceed on the confirmation screen.
Your plan will show as Cancelled with the date your access ends. That's the end of the period you've already paid for. You keep full access until then, and no further payments are taken. If you have applied the promotional code FREEBIE for one month free and cancel within the promotional period, you won't be charged.
Changed your mind? Click Resume on the same Billing screen any time before your end date and your subscription carries on as normal.
To change plan or update your card details rather than cancel, use Adjust Plan on the Billing screen.
