Your Work Experience Record (WER) is personal to you — it's your document and you decide what you do with it. You can print it, export it, or share it directly with a tutor, employer or training provider at any point.
If you're on a Team plan, your team's progress is also visible to whoever administers the account at heymonika.com/resource-hub/progress — updated weekly by the Hey Monika team. Names on the progress dashboard are anonymous (each user and team gets an anonymous identifier), so individuals aren't identified publicly.
More detail
Your WER belongs to you — share it with anyone you choose (tutor, employer, training provider).
Team plan progress is visible at heymonika.com/resource-hub/progress, updated weekly.
Progress on the team dashboard is displayed with anonymous names — users and teams are identified by anonymous labels, not real names.
Frequently asked questions
Can my tutor see my progress without me sharing it?
On a Solo plan, no — your progress is private unless you share it yourself. On a Team plan, the account administrator can see team progress at heymonika.com/resource-hub/progress.
Is the team progress dashboard public?
It's accessible online, but names are anonymous — so individuals aren't identifiable to anyone who doesn't already know the anonymous identifier.
Can I control what my employer sees? Your WER is yours to share. The team progress dashboard is available to whoever has the link, but because names are anonymous, no one can identify you without knowing your specific anonymous identifier.
Get started
Share your WER with your tutor or employer at your next review — it's designed to be used as evidence of the practice you've done, not just something to keep to yourself.
